Hi, I'm Ethan.
I started E's Window Washing right here in Erie because I noticed something about the window-cleaning options in town: they were either huge national chains that sent whoever they had on the truck that day, or side-gig operators who didn't take the work seriously enough to do it well. There was no in-between — no local pro who treated window cleaning like a craft.
So I built one. E's is owner-operated: I quote the job, I show up on the day, and I'm the one on the ladder. That means your windows get the same person every visit, the same technique, and the same standard — which is streak-free or I come back.
The way I work
Every home and every business is a little different. Some homes want spring-cleaning perfection top to bottom; some just want the front elevation to look sharp for a listing photo. Some restaurants need a fast weekly wipe-down before service; some offices want a quiet monthly refresh nobody notices — until suddenly the light in the lobby is different.
What stays the same is the care: hand-mitts on the glass, pure-water rinses that leave no minerals behind, drop cloths on hardwood floors, careful reinstalls on screens and storm windows, and a walk-through at the end so you approve the finished work in daylight.
